Click on your name on the side of the screen.

Your Profile page lets you make changes. Look to the left of the page, there is a menu item "My Profile". Clicking this lets you see what you can change. You can change your title by clicking the "edit" link at the top of the "My Profile" box on the "My Profile" page. Be sure to "Save changes" or "Change Password" to have it take effect.
